YouMeTalksCam Terms of Service
Welcome to YouMeTalksCam. These terms form the agreement between you and us each time you open youmetalkscam.com, get paired with a stranger, follow someone, tune in to a stream, write in a club or top up coins. The site gives you random one-on-one video matching that can also run as voice or text, a Next button that moves you on to someone new, a list of girls online, a Live tab, a short video feed and clubs for group conversation. By using any of it you accept the rules below. If you cannot accept them, please stay off the service, and if a rule seems unfair, tell us at [email protected].

Using YouMeTalksCam requires you to be 18 or older. On top of that, local law must treat you as able to sign a contract, and you must not be prohibited from using this kind of service under the laws that apply to you.
If we find that an account or session belongs to someone under 18, we close it straight away.
Nobody has to register before chatting. Your very first visit sets up a guest session automatically, and with it you can start random matching right away. Some features, such as joining clubs, ask for an account. Registered users may also create their own clubs.
Your login is personal. Keep your credentials private, because actions taken through your account count as yours. Let us know quickly if you think someone else got into it. Each person should hold one account; opening extra ones to dodge a block or ban, or selling and lending an account, is not allowed.
These apply everywhere on the site, from one-on-one calls to stream chats and clubs:
In the Live tab you can watch girls stream, type into the stream chat, send gifts and invite the streamer to a 1v1 call without leaving the stream. Viewers cannot go live themselves; streaming on YouMeTalksCam is limited to the hosts shown in that tab.
Stream chat is visible to everyone watching, so keep it civil and on topic. Gifts are paid for with coins and, once sent, are a completed use of those coins. A request for a 1v1 call is just that, a request, and the streamer may decline it.
Clubs are group chats where members share messages, photos and videos. Joining a club requires an account, and each club uses one of three entry methods: open join, a request that the owner approves, or an invitation. Any registered user can start a club, and each newly created club goes through a review before others can find it.
Two rules apply in every club on top of the conduct rules above. Do not take screenshots of other members or their posts, and do not share contact details for apps or sites outside YouMeTalksCam. Club owners may remove members who ignore these rules, and we may remove clubs that break them.
YouMeTalksCam is free to start. Coins are an in-app currency bought inside the app and spent on things like gifts sent during a stream in the Live tab. Coins carry no cash value. They cannot be swapped back into money, and they cannot be handed over to any other person or account. An optional VIP plan may also be offered. Current prices and what each option includes are shown in the app and may change over time.
Free matches also come from the Reward Center, found on the match screen, which grants them in return for time online, at several points during the day. Rewards depend on what the app shows at the moment and may be adjusted. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, whose own terms apply to the transaction itself. If a charge looks wrong, contact us first and we will help sort it out.
Messages, profile photos, club posts and other material you share stay yours. Posting them gives us permission to keep, display and pass them along as needed to operate the service while they remain on it. Only upload things you own or are allowed to pass on, and keep them inside these rules.
Content that breaks these terms, or that turns out to be a problem after a report, can be taken down. Typed messages are translated automatically so the other person can read them; translation is a convenience and may not always be perfect.
Any user can report or block another from that person’s profile. Depending on what we find, we may warn an account, restrict features, take down content, suspend access or close the account entirely. Serious breaches, particularly those involving minors or threats of violence, lead to a permanent ban.
You may stop using YouMeTalksCam at any time and ask us to close your account. Clauses meant to outlive an account, such as the disclaimers and liability limits, continue to apply after your account ends.
Everyone you meet here begins as a stranger, and we cannot confirm who people say they are. Use good judgment before sharing personal details. YouMeTalksCam is a place for online conversation only.
We supply YouMeTalksCam on an as-is, as-available basis. Our team tries hard to keep things stable, yet we cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors, and features may change, move or be retired. Some functions may not be available in every country or on every browser.
As far as the law permits, YouMeTalksCam is not responsible for the words or actions of other users, or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that arise from using the site. In cases where the law will not let us exclude responsibility, our share is capped at the lowest level it permits. These terms never remove protections that local law says you keep no matter what.
As the service grows or legal requirements move, these terms may be rewritten. Each rewrite carries a fresh date in the page header, and notable changes will be flagged in the app. Carrying on with YouMeTalksCam once an update is posted counts as agreeing to the new wording.
Send any question on these terms to [email protected]. For how we treat your information, read our Privacy Policy.
